Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in with Steam, purchasing coins, listing servers, or otherwise using Rally Point websites and related services, you agree to these Terms and our community Rules.

Accounts

Access is tied to your Steam identity. You are responsible for activity under your Steam account. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or serious rule violations.

Digital goods & coins

Coins are a prepaid digital balance for Rally Point features (for example community server listings and bumps). Coins have no cash value outside the service and are not a bank deposit, e-money, or investment product.

Unused coin packs may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer law, provided the coins have not been spent. Spent coins and started services (including activated listings) are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may be shown excluding VAT; applicable tax is calculated at checkout. You must provide a valid invoice email when purchasing.

Community servers

Community server listings are provided as-is for the purchased period. We do not guarantee placement, traffic, ranking, or continuous availability of third-party game servers listed by users.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Rules, applicable law, and Steam / Discord terms. Cheating, harassment, fraud, unauthorized scraping, and attempts to circumvent billing or security controls are prohibited.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and outages may occur.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, Flowbyte OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of Rally Point. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms when features, pricing, or legal requirements change. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account data (Steam & Discord)

Sign-in uses Steam OpenID. We never receive your Steam password. After login we store your SteamID64, a signed session cookie, and public Steam profile fields when available (persona name, avatar URL, profile URL, and country if Steam exposes it). We do not store your Steam email, friends list, or inventory from login alone.

If you optionally link Discord we store Discord user id, display name / username, and when the link was made. OAuth tokens are used only during linking and are not kept as long-term credentials.

Your account may also hold profile fields you edit, support tickets and reports you submit, purchase records and invoice email (card numbers stay with Stripe), and gameplay / community data tied to your Steam id.

Security

We are not ISO- or SOC-certified. We take practical security seriously: modern web standards, backups of critical data, controlled database access, Stripe for card payments, role-gated staff tools, and signed session cookies. Steam and Discord passwords never pass through our servers.
